This is a community space – so it was important our landscape design tied the external spaces for community, to the kindergarten areas so all community functions were well provided for.  There are three main community outdoor areas.  A smaller external courtyard, a covered internal deck area and a larger garden area, adjoined to the main community room.  The set back to the fences from the street offer an important addition to the streetscape. 

Trees located around the outside of the building in the public open space will enhance presentation in the years to come and provide much needed shade.  The planting consists of a mix of hardy exotics, native and indigenous plants.
