In this courtyard design, we've revitalized the landscape by reusing and reconfiguring existing planters from our original design some 8 years earlier. . The combination of the box planter with 'waddle' pots introduces vertical elements and organic shapes, adding depth and interest to the courtyard. A comfortable couch paired with an outdoor dome heater creates a cozy residential spot to relax, surrounded by the beauty of lush plants and gentle lighting.

The courtyard boasts a rich planting scheme featuring contrasting textures and seasonal interest. The smaller-growing bamboo can be clipped to maintain its height, while evergreen plants provide year-round structure. Seasonal plants add vibrant colour and scent throughout the year. As the garden matures, the lush planting scheme evolves, with smaller plants filling the space while the garden is young. A small waddle pot near the back door is perfect for growing herbs, adding a functional and fragrant touch to the design.

This thoughtfully designed courtyard offers a serene and inviting space, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beauty of nature, day or night.
